JewelPin has been manufacturing and exporting silver gemstone necklaces to the American market from our own unit. This is a smaller collection when it is seen against our other silver categories, and it has been kept that way on purpose. A necklace is carrying more silver and more stones than any other item we produce, so each design here is developed properly and then run, instead of designs being added only in numbers. The whole collection is in 925 sterling silver metal.
A necklace from this collection is supplied. The chain is attached, the clasp is fitted, and the piece can go into your display the same day the parcel is opened. Nothing has to be paired at your end.
The chains are made at our unit along with the necklace, and the style is changed as per the design. A cable chain is used on most of the pieces. On a few designs, the paperclip chain has been used, where the links are long and flat, and in those, the chain is a visible part of the design and not only a carrier for the stones.
The length of every design is given on its product page. Where a different length is required by your store, the same can be manufactured against your order, and an extension chain can also be added at the back if the length is to be kept adjustable for the customer.
A part of this collection is made of necklaces where the stones are running in a line across the front, instead of one single stone hanging in the middle.
The multi sapphire necklaces have sapphires of different colors set one after the other, the blue, the yellow, the green, and the orange sitting in one row. Multi tourmaline is the same idea done in tourmaline, and the natural color range in that stone is wider, so two lots of the same design are never looking exactly alike.

Setting many stones in one row is a different job from setting a single stone. The stones have to agree with each other on the color and on the size, and a stone which is lighter or heavier in tone gets caught immediately, as it is sitting right next to the others.
So the stones for a line necklace are selected together at our sorting table before anything moves for setting. Where the design has graduated sizes, the stones are arranged from the center towards the two ends and then checked once more after the setting is over.
This is the slowest work in the whole silver production at our unit.
The statement pieces are the heavier designs of the collection, made either with one big fancy shaped stone or with a group of stones worked into the front portion. Rose quartz and crystal are being used a lot in these, and most of them are gold-plated.
In the molten designs, the silver is given an uneven, melted surface, and the stone is placed into the same. The finish is rough-looking by design, so these are picked by stores that are selling a more handmade type of look.

All the necklaces are manufactured in 925 sterling silver metal, with the chain also being made in the same metal.
Gold plating is running across a bigger share of this collection than in the other categories we make. The plating is done on the finished necklace after the setting is complete, and the chain and the clasp are plated along with the body, so the color is staying the same from the front right up to the back of the neck. On the white finish, the rhodium plating is done.
