This document (“Terms and Conditions”) is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 , India, and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms and conditions for access or usage of JEWELPIN [dot] Com (Website).

This Website is owned and operated by Valentine Silver International (A Partnership firm). By using our Website, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these Terms and Conditions or any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our Website. Valentine Silver International and JEWELPIN [dot] Com reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without any obligation to inform you, and it is your responsibility to look through them as often as possible. PAYMENT AND LOGISTIC PARTNER

We offer you multiple payment options via payment gateways such as online payment transfer gateways, credit or debit card, account transfer, imps, PayPal, telegraphic transfer and payment through e-wallet etc. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Remember, if you choose any of the above payment modes, rest assured, our trusted payment gateway partners keep your transaction details safe using secure encryption technology. We are not liable to such kind or improper payment methods. Please consider it at your own risk.

Online modes of payments are recommended. But if you are not comfortable with this you may contact us for further assistance regarding the same.

If you have ordered a product which is not a ready product, in that case the goods ordered will be manufactured only after you deposit 50% advance of the total amount and rest of the payment will be needed before dispatching the goods.

In the case of bulk order, if any such product is ordered which is not a ready product, then the total value of the goods will be assessed after the manufacturing of those goods. In this situation you have to pay the 50% of total estimated value in advance.

If the customer wants to place an order for customized goods of their choice then the total value of that product will be determined only after the completion of the manufacturing of that product. In this situation the buyer has to pay the 50% advance of the estimated value. Rest of the amount shall be transferred to us before shipping the goods.

Once the customized order has been placed no revision shall be entertained and in case of the cancellation of the said order we will not liable to return the payment which is received by us as advance. If the customized order is canceled before the initiating the manufacturing of the said order, we will deduct 10% of the total estimated cost of the order and return the remaining amount to buyer. The prices of the product vary according to international standards, so the prices of the product will be reassessed at the time of payment. We always believe to take the services of reliable logistic partners like FedEx, UPS, BVC, finally it will depends upon the order.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

International shipping charges are based on shipping destination and weight of your parcel. Shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight, customs clearance and various other factors. We are unable to advise the duty amount. SHIPPING TIME: 

All the goods purchased by you will be shipped within 15 to 45 days after placing the order, the duration may be increased in some cases. We will try to give you an estimate delivery date once your order is placed. All orders will only be accepted once the customer agrees on shipping time.

 

PLEASE NOTE: 

All orders will be sent only after customs clearance. Shipping charges may vary and depending on the destination and weight of your parcel. For remote area shipping please mail us before placing the order.

 

As is the case with International Shipping, VAT, GST or any duties and taxes will be applicable as per the rules and regulations of customer’s country and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to customer by our logistic partner at the time of delivery of goods and that will be payable by customer. (If any)

 

You are invited to pay from any currency but due to international acceptance we accept in US$.

 

CONDITIONS:

Shipping is totally based upon the availability of goods and bulk order or delayed payment can affect the production and shipping also. We aim to dispatch all orders within 15 to 45 working days with the exception of Indian public holidays where it may take up to 50 days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of the first payment being made. We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.


We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.


All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order. Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

 

We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within the prescribed timeline of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it.

 

While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

 

In the unlikely event that we are not able to deliver your complete order within prescribed working days, you can request us to cancel the remaining unshipped parts of the order. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment. We will deduct the proportionate amount of the part of the order that you have already shipped, if any. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. We do not provide live tracking for the shipping parcel.

 

If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please call us or mail us regarding the same and do not forget to mention your order reference number. Although the logistic company will be responsible for the same but we shall try our best to ensure for a proper solution at the earliest.

 

All shipments are fully insured and require a signature and proof of ID confirmation from the recipient. Recipient needs to keep an identity proof of along with the required documents.

 

INSURANCE:

Valentine Silver International insures each order during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature and proof of ID for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then we will accept a signature ID by recipient as well as their photo ID as evidence of delivery.

 

RETURNS:

  • 1.     Please inform us within 14 days of receipt of order via email or phone call.
  • 2.   Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, then, it is up to the discretion of the Valentine Silver International’s quality control team to decide whether product is approved for return.
  • 3.     Once we have received an e-mail notifying us of your concern with the product image and our quality control team has authorized the return we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method.
  • 4.   Valentine Silver International will replace the items free of charge (if possible) or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
  • 5.     In case of returning the goods or refund we will deduct the general taxes and transportation charges. In the event of return of goods in any case, the customer must pay the transportation charges on both the sides.
  • 6.     In the case of refund, the payment process will be initiated inside 14 days of us receiving the goods.
  • 7.     We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.

 

REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:

  • 1.     Genuine quality issues.
  • 2.     Packages lost in transit.
  • 3.     In case Valentine Silver International’s Quality control team discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
  • 4.     You will be paid back by the way you paid us.

 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  • 1.     Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • 2.     Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • 3.     After 3 failed delivery attempts by transportation agencies
  • 4.     Package refused by recipient.
  • 5.     The goods sent back should not have been used in any condition.   
  • 6.     Products returned in a used or damaged or tempered condition.
  • 7.     Minor color and design variation(s). Some of the products are handcrafted and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
  • 8.     If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged.

  4. In case of any misconduct or mislead to us regarding anything, Valentine Silver International has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration of your account and debar you from using the services of the Website and or other affiliated websites without prior notice whatsoever.

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall alone have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

 

ARBITRATION:

In case of any dispute arise, first of all it should be settled by mutual agreement and with the view of the Natural Law of Justice thereafter the matter has been transferred to the Arbitrator.

If any dispute arises between you and the Valentine Silver International during your use of the Website or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of this Terms and Conditions, and the privacy policy or the documents they incorporate by reference, the dispute shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by Valentine Silver International. The place of arbitration shall be Jaipur. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language. In case of further litigation the solely jurisdiction shall be at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
